I saw these on the cover of Martha Steward Living and immediately thought of about 20 wedding applications, the most straightforward of which is place cards.  The large stenciled letters with names filled in with black sharpie are the perfect place card for a spring wedding.  I would set them in white egg cups like these to keep your place cards in one place and add another element of interest.
