Wedding Weekend Coordination:

• Included in all design and coordination proposals – starting at $800
• 1 one-hour planning meeting
• Conduct rehearsal (1 hour)
• Provide personal assistance to bride and groom throughout wedding day
• Communicate with vendors to confirm schedule of events
• Oversee set-up and layout of decor and rental items
• Coordinate cermony providing cues for wedding party, musicians, etc.
• Manage schedule of events and ensure proper timing of traditional events (cake cutting, bouquet toss, first dance, etc.)
• Provide emergency kit and additional trouble-shooting functions as necessary
• Organize wedding party to ensure proper attire and schedule awareness
• Coordinate transportation of personal items (such as display photographs, sign in books, and top tier of cake) and gifts to location of client’s choice after ceremony
